Our tradeshow, affectionately known as The Experiential Hall, is an experience not to be missed. It is a place for planners to meetup, take in workshops, and get connected with resources like yours.
The Experiential Hall runs on the morning of Tuesday, February 3 from 9:00am to 1:30pm.

Exhibit Bursaries for Small Business
To bolster small businesses in the events industry, we are offering financial aid under our bursary initiative. We are eager to support startups and emerging organizations in showcasing their products and services.
This bursary is designed to help offset exhibitor costs and provide opportunities for greater visibility and connection within the events industry.

Our Exhibit Booth fees for GO WEST 2026 are as follows:
10’ x 10’ booth – $1,950
10’ x 20’ booth – $3,510
10’ x 30’ booth – $4,980
20’ x 20’ booth – $6,240
20’ x 30’ booth – $8,190
All exhibit booth staff must be registered for GO WEST to access The Experiential Hall.
